In this team building activity, we take a great range of outdoor activities and turn them into a crucial business lesson.
Your group will be split into teams and the first team to finish the adventure course wins. Individuals and teams will celebrate some incredible achievements such as riding flying foxes, navigational challenges, bike building, and the scaling vertical walls. Everything will be running smoothly with teams progressing through the course until the final leg of the challenge.
The high ropes challenge is “the conflict block”. The course is set up so no team can successfully complete the high ropes challenge without cooperation with their rivals. What happens next is a lesson in conflict management.
