Search and Rescue
This team building exercise uses a realistic search and rescue scenario to see how well your team performs. Can they develop and communicate appropriate goals and guidelines? Can they solve problems in the field? Can they effectively assign resources? Can they identify the best person for the job? Can they identify potential problems? Can they stay focused in a crisis? And who can identify and create a safe helipad for a rapid evacuation of the “patient”?
This program uses GPS units, walkie talkies, stretches, and a range of back country camping equipment. Adventure for Life staff will debrief delegates at the end of the session and relate the exercise to your business objectives. It is a fantastic exercise for new teams or existing teams embarking on a new project.
